TikTok Pixel Helper extension detects only browser events, which are often blocked by iOS 14 and Ad Blockers. To ensure optimal pixel performance, Zotek uses the Conversion API to send server-side events. You can verify events accurately and visually by following the steps below.

Get Test Event code

First, we need to retrieve the 'Test Event Code' from the TikTok Pixel management screen.

"In the 'Test Server Events' section, copy the Test Event Code, which is typically formatted as 'TEST...'"

Add Test event code to Zotek App

Next, return to the Zotek app and click 'Edit Pixels.

At the 'Server Side Config' section, please click 'Test Server Side Event.

Finally, paste the code you just copied. Don't forget to click 'Save' to apply the settings.

Now, go to your store and trigger some test events. You will see the events being sent in real-time to the 'Test Events' screen on TikTok.

Important: After testing, you must remove the 'Test Event Code' from our app. Otherwise, TikTok will not store any events as they will only be recognized as test events.
