Meta Pixel Helper Event Display Limitation

Meta Pixel Helper is an extension that can detect rowser events sent by our app to Facebook. It helps you easily check whether the events set up through our app have been accurately recorded.

Why are the InitiateCheckout and Purchase events not showing up???

Because those two events are sent only as Conversion API (server-side events), the Meta Pixel Helper won’t be able to detect or display them. However, rest assured that Conversion API is designed by Facebook to address the limitations of traditional Meta Pixel, which can be completely blocked by Ad Blockers and iOS 14.

And the tracking result will still be well-collected in your tracking result in your Meta Business Helper.
