# Turn off the Data Sharing option in TikTok

{% hint style="info" %}
We recommend you switch off any duplicate TikTok Pixel tracking as part of installing Zotek's Meta Conversions API connection.
{% endhint %}

Using Shopify's CAPI integration (or any other CAPI third-party app) alongside [Zotek TikTok Pixel Meta Pixel Feed](https://apps.shopify.com/facebook-multiple-pixel?utm_source=gitbook)'s leads to double tracking of events and purchases. We recommend disabling any additional CAPI integration when you install our Shopify to Conversions API connection.

Here's how you can do that:

**Step 1**: From your ***Shopify Admin*** >> select ***TikTok*** on the left side bar >> navigate to tab ***Settings***

**Step 2**: In the dropdown menu, select ***Data Sharing*** >> hit ***Disconnect*** at the bottom right corner of the table

Now confirm that you want to disconnect pixel tracking

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://zotek.gitbook.io/facebook-multiple-pixel/getting-started/setup-tiktok-pixel-guide/turn-off-the-data-sharing-option-in-tiktok.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
